I didn't have any trouble with the suppositories melting, but I recommend inserting them before bedtime. They helped clear up a mild yeast infection in just a few days, which resisted treatment with an over-the-counter cream. I was eager for relief and used them as soon as they arrived, but I did notice some leakage.

I've used four out of six so far. The only issue is remembering to insert one at night; if done too early, it slips out! They seem to have made a noticeable difference.
